T-Mobile announces new 3G enabled Sidekick LX
For those of you waiting to get your hands on the rumored 3G-enabled Sidekick LX, wait no further. The date is May 13, 2009. Pre-order the Sidekick LX from T-Mobile and you’ll get yours before the launch date. The new Sidekick LX will be available in two colors — carbon and orchid.
And of course the new Sidekick LX will be available with 3G — for faster connection to Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and Photobucket. It also has GPS and geotagging. Equipped with 3.2″ 65K TFT color display and a high-resolution of 854×480. Camera is 3.2 megapixel, comes auto focus and flash.

During the pre-sale event, customers eligible for upgrade will be able to purchase Sidekick LX will cost $199.99 after mail-in rebate with a two-year service agreement. For those ineligible for upgrade, the cost will be $419.99 with a two-year service agreement or $449.99 without a contract extension.
