Here’s a service that I’ve just read from TechCrunch about a service that’s been up for a while and hopes to provide a solution to prepaid mobile phone subscribers in the Philippines and India. The service allows people living in the United States or Canada to send a pre-paid load to someone in the Philippines by using the Internet or his/her mobile phone and a credit card.
